Jan. 23, 2019, the San Francisco Visitor Information Center (VIC) will call the Moscone Center home. The VIC will open in its new home inside The Moscone Center at 749 Howard St. near Fourth St. one day before the celebration of the completion of the $551 million Moscone Center expansion.
The new location will give San Francisco a modern, high tech, state-of-the-art facility with a very “San Francisco” atmosphere in which to meet and serve visitors, giving them a better experience. The location also provides easy access for our convention guests, while still being within walking distance of major hotels, restaurants, museums, and transportation—including the upcoming Central Subway station at Folsom and Fourth Streets.
